November: Nine registered sex offenders living in Anoka County

There was the same number of registered sex offenders living in Anoka County in November compared to the previous month, according to the Minnesota Public Registrant Search.

There are nine sex offenders registered in Anoka County in November.

The Registry shows none of these sex offenders are sexual predators. In Minnesota, convicted predatory offenders also are subject to certain mandatory sentencing laws that are designed to minimize their chances to re-offend.

Minnesota legislation about sex offenders and predators is currently being evaluated and revised, such as if offenders with good behavior can be removed from the Registry.

Contact included sexual touching and penetration. Hubbard also exposed himself to one female. Hubbard took advantage of one female's vulnerable state and used physical force with another to gain compliance.
Alexander Willington JumperCriminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree (2 counts), criminal sexual conduct in the third degreeAlexander Jumper has a history of sexual contact with known and unknown adult females. Contact has included sexual touching and penetration. Jumper gained access to one female by approaching her in a public setting. Physical force and coercion have been used to gain compliance.
Belford William ReitzCriminal sexual conduct in the second degree, criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degreeBelford Reitz has a history of sexual contact with known male children and known female children and teenagers. Contact has included sexual touching and penetration. Reitz took advantage of one victim's vulnerable state to gain compliance.
Walter BrownCriminal sexual conduct in the first degree, kidnappingWalter Brown engaged in sexual contact with a known adult female and forced her to accompany him to another location. Contact included penetration. Force, weapons, threats, and an accomplice were used to gain compliance.
Jeramie George CorbettCriminal sexual conduct in the first degreeAt age 18, Jaymie Corbett aka: Jeramie Corbett engaged in sexual contact with a known female child on more than one occasion. Contact included penetration. Corbett used his position of authority to gain compliance.
Clifford Robert LetourneauCriminal sexual conduct in the third degree, criminal sexual conduct in the third degreeClifford Letourneau has a history of sexual contact with known female children and teenagers. Contact included sexual touching and penetration. Letourneau used his relationships and trust to gain unmonitored access. He used attention and affection to exploit that access.
Gary Lee Cherry Jr.Criminal sexual conduct in the second degreeOffender has a history of engaging in sexual conduct and contact with male and female victims (ages 8-13). Conduct included exposing. Contact included sexual touching. Offender gained compliance through bribery. Offender was known to victims.
