The County Highway 13 (Ideal Ave) reconstruction project between County Hwy 14 (34th St) and 44th St is well underway. The project will enter the final construction stage on Sept 16. At this time, Ideal Ave will reopen between 39th St and Hidden Bay Trail while closing between Hidden Bay Trail and 44th St. The final (stage) closure is expected to run to mid-October.
During the (Hidden Bay to 44th St) closure, access to Hidden Bay will be maintained, but will be available from the south. Likewise, access will be maintained to 44th St from the north.
Resident access between Hidden Bay and 44th St will be from the north, but may be from the south at times depending on work in the area.
