Cottage Grove provides safe and reliable drinking water that meets all federal and state water quality requirements. The city works with the Minnesota Department of Health to test drinking water for more than 100 contaminants. Testing in 2021 again found Cottage Grove treated water met all federal and state standards. Read the 2022 Cottage Grove Water Quality Report online at CottageGroveMN.gov/2022CleanWaterReport. It will also be mailed to all Cottage Grove homes this summer.
