Construction is underway at NorthPoint Development's Cottage Grove Logistics Park off 100th Street South and Ideal Avenue. City, county, state and federal officials joined the NorthPoint team on Thursday to break ground on the 3.4 million square-foot project. "I am so proud of what this project means for our community," Mayor Myron Bailey said.

- A $373 million capital investment in Cottage Grove.
- One of the largest industrial developments in Minnesota.
Steve Grove, commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development, said the project is an example of an effective private-public partnership.
"We are excited for Cottage Grove," the commissioner said. "This is a great day for the community."
