Join us for this year’s Memorial Day Ceremony at 1 p.m. on Monday, May 30 at Cottage Grove City Hall.
The event’s keynote speaker is Trista MatasCastillo, a veteran who will talk about the realities and challenges faced by today’s female military members and veterans. Rep. Angie Craig will also speak. The event will be hosted by City Council Member and Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Board Member Steve Dennis.
Please join us as we honor U.S. military personnel who have died while serving. In the event of inclement weather, we will move our ceremony inside City Hall.
We will also be joined by the Minnesota Combat Motorcycle Club, Park High School Brass Quintet Ensemble, Megan Polos (acapella singer), Police Chaplain Mark Wiggins and the Mississippi River Valley Beyond the Yellow Ribbon group.
