Washington County issued the following announcement on March 17.
Two sessions of Zumba Gold will be offered at the Washington County Historic Courthouse in April.
Classes will be 4:30 to 5:50 Wednesdays, April 6 and April 13.
Zumba Gold® is for those who are looking for a modified Zumba ® class that recreates the original moves at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
Classes will be limited to 10 participants, and cost $10 per person per class. Registration on the Washington County website is required.
The courthouse is at the intersection of Pine and Third streets in Stillwater.
