Saint Paul Public Library issued the following announcement on Sept. 24.
Saint Paul, you've been busy! In the month of September alone, over 34,000 items have been returned to our libraries! If items you returned are still showing as checked out, remember that returns are quarantined for three days, and will get checked in on the fourth day.
