Shriners Hospitals for Children issued the following announcement on July 1.
Playgrounds can be a wonderful way for kids to get fresh air and exercise while enjoying time with friends, but each year more than 200,000 kids are treated for playground related injuries. Following these simple safety guidelines can help avoid injuries, but if your child does get injured on the playground, our specialized, pediatric orthopaedic physicians, therapists and staff are here to help!
