Newport home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Newport fell by $37,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 19% decrease over the $197,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Newport in August 2017.
