Colorado lawyers discuss marijuana legalization with Minnesota lawmakers

As Gov. Tim Walz and other lawmakers look to introduce legislation allowing recreational marijuana use in Minnesota, House Majority Leader Ryan Winkler (DFL-Golden Valley) invited former critics and now supporters of legalizing the drug to speak on how legalization can prove a success.

Minnesota's disabled veterans still waiting for VA to refund wrongly charged home loan fees

More than a month after a July 31 deadline, the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) has yet to release an update on what it is doing to identify and refund the approximately 73,000 disabled veterans -- including some in Minnesota -- who were wrongly charged funding fees when issued VA loans.
