On Sunday, March 23, former Stillwater Area High School standout Liza Karlen’s current collegiate team the Notre Dame Fighting Irish won 76-55 against the Michigan Wolverines in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Purcell Pavilion, this was the first game against the Michigan Wolverines during the championship.

Liza Karlen’s hometown is St. Paul and game position is forward.
