On Friday, March 21, former Stillwater Area High School standout Liza Karlen’s current collegiate team the Notre Dame Fighting Irish won 106-54 against the Stephen F. Austin Ladyjacks in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Purcell Pavilion, this was the first game against the Stephen F. Austin Ladyjacks during the championship.

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish’s next game will take place on Sunday, March 23 at 1 p.m. in Purcell Pavilion against Michigan Wolverines.

Liza Karlen’s hometown is St. Paul and game position is forward.
