Snowplows keep our state, county, and city roadways safe. They have a job to do and they need room to do it. Driving too close to plows can be extremely dangerous. If you're out on the roads during a winter event, don't crowd the plow. So far this season, we have seen a statewide increase in the number of snowplows being hit. These crashes are typically caused by drivers following too closely behind a plow, are distracted, or driving too fast for conditions.
