Join a Winter Solstice Celebration 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Dec. 17, at the Washington County Historic Courthouse in Stillwater.
The courthouse is at the intersection of Pine and Third streets in Stillwater.
There will be an opportunity to tour the Through the Eyes of Others: Art in Washington County exhibit at the courthouse with the curator Dr. Megan Arney Johnston from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Then celebrate the Winter Solstice with hands-on crafts. Materials will be provided; this a family-friendly event.
The programs are free. They are for all ages; children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
