Pricing for the median home in North St. Paul increased during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in North St. Paul rose by $51,500 while total sales decreased by 13 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,500 - a 19.6 percent increase over the $263,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in North St. Paul in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in North St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,756, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
