Median home prices in Bellaire rose to $369,000 in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Bellaire rose by $106,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $369,000 - a 40.3 percent increase over the $263,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Bellaire in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Bellaire for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,335, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
