First half of 2022: Bayport experienced a 2.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Bayport rose by $7,750 while total sales decreased by 18.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $351,500 - a 2.3 percent increase over the $343,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Bayport in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Bayport for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $2,346, approximately 0.7 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
