Median home prices in Willernie rose to $355,000 in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Willernie rose by $138,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 63.6 percent increase over the $217,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Willernie in the first half of 2021.
