First half of 2022: Pine Springs experienced a 13.7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Pine Springs fell by $87,500 while total sales increased by 100 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $551,000 - a 13.7 percent decrease from the $638,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pine Springs in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Pine Springs for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $4,174, approximately 0.8 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
