Q2: North St. Paul experienced an 18% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in North St. Paul rose by $48,500 while total sales decreased by 8.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - an 18 percent increase over the $269,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in North St. Paul in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in North St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,756, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
