How did home prices perform in Cottage Grove during Q2?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Cottage Grove rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 13.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 117 homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 7.6 percent increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 135 homes sold in Cottage Grove in the second quarter of 2021.
