Hastings (Washington County) home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Hastings in Washington County rose by $187,850 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $703,350 - a 36.4% increase over the $515,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Hastings in the second half of 2020.
