Cottage Grove home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Cottage Grove rose by $38,700 while total sales increased by 39.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 290 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $301,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 208 homes sold in Cottage Grove in the second half of 2020.
