The second half of 2021: Oakdale experienced a 6.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Oakdale rose by $16,500 while total sales increased by 47.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 250 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $263,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 170 homes sold in Oakdale in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Oakdale for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,066, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
