Rising home prices in North St. Paul in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in North St. Paul rose by $22,000 while total sales increased by 68.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 101 homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in North St. Paul in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in North St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,756, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
