The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Grant increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Grant rose by $85,825 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $635,000 - a 15.6% increase over the $549,175 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Grant in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Grant for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $4,686, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
