Pricing for the median home in Cottage Grove increased during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Cottage Grove rose by $40,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 107 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.
