North St. Paul home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in North St. Paul rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 116.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,500 - a 6% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in North St. Paul in the fourth quarter of 2020.
