The first half of 2021: Scandia experienced a 25% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Scandia rose by $93,350 while total sales decreased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $466,500 - a 25% increase over the $373,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Scandia in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Scandia for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,845, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
