Stillwater (Washington County) home prices rose in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Stillwater in Washington County rose by $49,000 while total sales decreased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 164 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 14% increase over the $351,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 181 homes sold in Stillwater in the first half of 2020.
