Hugo home prices rose in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Hugo rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 20.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 112 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 10.4% increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 141 homes sold in Hugo in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Hugo for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,400, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
