The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Stillwater in Washington County rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 7.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 9.2% increase over the $380,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in Stillwater in the second quarter of 2020.
