The second quarter of 2021: Hugo experienced a 6.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Hugo rose by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 16.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $244,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Hugo in the second quarter of 2020.
