North St. Paul median home prices rose by 20.8% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in North St. Paul rose by $47,313 while total sales decreased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 20.8% increase over the $227,688 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in North St. Paul in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in North St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,756, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
