Median home prices in Grant fell to $468,500 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Grant fell by $79,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $468,500 - a 14.4% decrease over the $547,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Grant in the first quarter of 2020.
