The first quarter of 2021: Oakdale experienced a 20.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Oakdale rose by $46,000 while total sales decreased by 29.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 20.5% increase over the $224,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in Oakdale in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Oakdale for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,066, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
