February 2021: Home prices in Grant fell

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Grant fell by $125,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,000 - a 21.6% decrease over the $580,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Grant in February 2020.
