Median home prices in St. Paul Park rose to $340,000 in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in St. Paul Park rose by $109,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 47.2% increase over the $231,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in St. Paul Park in December 2019.
