The second half of 2020: Home prices in Willernie increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Willernie rose by $4,300 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $231,500 - a 1.9% increase over the $227,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Willernie in the second half of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Willernie for 2020 was $2,700. In 2019, the median sales tax was $2,318. This marks an increase of 16.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
