North St. Paul home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in North St. Paul rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 22.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 15.6% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in North St. Paul in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in North St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,756, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
