Scandia home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Scandia rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 9.2% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Scandia in the third quarter of 2019.
