Woodbury home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Woodbury rose by $16,950 while total sales decreased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 464 homes sold, with a median sale price of $333,950 - a 5.3% increase over the $317,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 563 homes sold in Woodbury in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Woodbury for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,338, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
