HUTCHINSON PUBLIC SCHOOLS: Child Meal Order Form for July 6 – 7

Hutchinson Public Schools issued the following announcement on July 3.

The USDA has extended the nationwide waiver of congregate feeding requirements for Summer Feeding in order to minimize potential exposure to COVID-19. Due to this extension Hutchinson Schools will continue to bulk pack to-go meals for students during Summer Feeding. 

A new meal order form needs to be submitted for each pick up day. There will be no home deliveries for Summer Feeding.

When you pick up meals on Mondays you will receive meals for Monday-Tuesday. When you pick up meals on Wednesday you will receive meals for Wednesday-Friday. If you order meals, please make every effort to pick up. Please remember these meals are for students 18 and under. 

A school bus or school van will be at the following locations for meal pickup:

-Park Elementary 11:00am-12:00pm Mondays and Wednesdays (back of school in bus lane)

-Hutchinson Middle School 11:15am-12:15pm Mondays and Wednesdays (back of the school near door 13)

MEALS NEED TO BE PICKED UP DURING THE ALLOTTED TIME FRAME. 

Please stay in your vehicle and drive thru to pick up meals. If you are walking or bicycling, please use caution when picking up. Always keep a safe distance between yourself and those around you (6 feet). For the safety of our families please refrain from bringing your pets to the pick up location. 

Multiple days will be packaged together. Please refrigerate perishable items if not eaten immediately. Most entrees will be frozen. Please check our website by clicking here to find cooking instructions for these items. To see what items go together for the daily meal click here.
