Grant home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Grant rose by $323,750 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $723,750 - a 80.9% increase over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Grant in June 2019, as well.
