Bayport home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Bayport fell by $38,000 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,000 - a 15.8% decrease over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Bayport in August 2018.
