Bayport home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Bayport fell by $20,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 10 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 5.3% decrease over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Bayport in the first quarter of 2018, as well.
