Oakdale home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Oakdale rose by $31,750 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 91 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 15.6% increase over the $203,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 130 homes sold in Oakdale in the fourth quarter of 2018.
