St. Paul Park home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in St. Paul Park rose by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 26.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,500 - a 12% increase over the $196,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in St. Paul Park in the fourth quarter of 2018.
