North St. Paul home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in North St. Paul rose by $12,550 while total sales decreased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,550 - a 5.5% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in North St. Paul in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in North St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,756, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
