Pine Springs home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Pine Springs rose by $106,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $475,000 - a 28.9% increase over the $368,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Pine Springs in the second half of 2017.
